The Role We are looking for a hard-working, well organised individual to manage our maintenance team to help ensure the buildings and grounds of Katharine House are tidy and in good repair. You will be required to travel to carry out preventative and reactive maintenance for all our sites, which include the Hospice, Business Centre and 15 retail premises. This is a physically demanding role, involving regular moving and handling tasks. Experience of basic plumbing and carpentry would be an advantage. Please note, an enhanced DBS clearance will be required for this role A full driving license is required as you will be required to drive our company vehicles, as well as flexible approach to work with the ability to work within in a team or on their own initiative.
