Maths Teacher Durham Secondary School
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a qualified Maths teacher for a Durham secondary school. Starting January 2026. Full time position. MPS/UPS pay depending on your experience.

What you'll be teaching:
Maths across KS3 and KS4, potentially KS5 depending on the school's needs and your background. Planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, differentiating for mixed ability groups, managing behaviour, and contributing to department life. Standard teaching role expectations plus some extracurricular involvement.
You need:
* QTS (or equivalent)
* Maths degree (or related subject)
* Experience teaching secondary maths
* Good knowledge of UK curriculum
* Solid classroom management skills
* Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willing to get one)
