About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Treasury Ops Analyst to join our Operational Finance team at Nucleus.
This role involves supporting the implementation, oversight, governance, and compliance of our treasury management framework. The Treasury Ops Analyst will play a key role in establishing our treasury control framework.
This is an excellent opportunity to support a growth phase and add value to our business and customers.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring Nucleus remains within Treasury framework boundaries and policies
2. Responding to business inquiries promptly and accurately
3. Addressing any weaknesses in systems and controls
4. Maintaining policies, documentation, and matrices
5. Participating in projects and initiatives, providing advice on Treasury Ops matters
6. Reviewing processes for CASS compliance
7. Working with controls to maintain a robust Treasury Ops control framework
8. Participating in governance groups
9. Completing regular tasks accurately and timely with proper systems and controls

You are accurate, logical, detail-oriented, and process-driven. You enjoy managing processes, seeking improvements, and understanding how details impact the bigger picture.

Preferred skills and knowledge:
* Understanding of liquidity monitoring
* Knowledge of due diligence practices
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Awareness of industry trends
