Compensation
* $75,000 – $98,000 depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage financial operations, including budgets, forecasting, and compliance with accounting standards
* Prepare financial statements and performance reports
* Oversee payroll and coordinate transition to outsourced services
* Lead HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and employee records
* Partner with senior leaders to support organizational goals
* Maintain accuracy and accountability across all finance and HR activities
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
* Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop
* Strong financial management background (budgets, forecasting, compliance)
* Ability to balance detailed work with broader strategic oversight
* Comfortable managing manual HR processes and documentation
* Experience in project-based accounting environments a strong plus
