Supply Quality Officer * Location: Wrexham * Contract: Permanent | Full-time * Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:15pm * Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE Are you a Senior QC Analyst or a QA Officer looking to develop your career in Quality within a global pharmaceutical organisation? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Supply Quality Officer to join an award-winning pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, operating one of the UK’s leading MHRA-approved sterile manufacturing facilities. The Role As Supply Quality Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all third-party suppliers meet required cGMP and regulatory standards, supporting batch certification and continuous improvement across the supply base. Key Responsibilities: * Reviewing and approving documentation from third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with cGMP and relevant regulatory standards * Assessing supplier quality activities, including deviations, change controls and technical documentation * Approving master documentation to support the QP in batch certification of finished products * Supporting supplier qualification, performance monitoring and ongoing evaluation, including supplier audits * Contributing to continuous improvement of the site quality system * Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality Control, Engineering, Warehousing and Development laboratories The successful candidate for the Supply Quality Officer will have: * Degree-qualified in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or similar) with strong working knowledge of EU GMP and quality systems * Excellent communicator with proven experience in investigations, root cause analysis and managing multiple priorities in a regulated environment * An ideal opportunity for a Senior QC Analyst looking to transition into a broader QA / Supply Quality remit within a global pharmaceutical organisation Please note this is a 100% site based role with international travel (approximately 2-3 times a year).
