MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE / SOCIAL HOUSING (SCOTTISH BORDERS)
Day Rate:£240£260 per day (CIS / Ltd, depending on experience)
Location:Scottish Borders (Galashiels & surrounding areas)
Start Date:Immediate / ASAP (flexible tomorrow, weekend or early next week)
Duration:Short-term remedial works initially, withfurther work available

What Youll Be Doing
* Resealing internal window junctions
* Sealing around sockets, service penetrations and pipework
* Minor plaster making-good where disturbed by sealing works
* Internal snagging and finishing tasks
* Leaving properties clean and tidy
* Taking clear completion photos
