As a Probate Solicitor, you will:
Manage a diverse caseload of probate matters, including complex intestate estates and cases involving foreign assets
Deliver high-quality legal advice and client care
Work towards and exceed financial and performance targets
Collaborate closely with a skilled and supportive team, with access to excellent resources to help you succeed
The firm is seeking a Solicitor who has:
Proven experience in probate and private client law
A solid understanding of complex estates, with additional experience in foreign assets and intestate matters highly desirable
Strong communication and organizational skills
The ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and independently
