Responsibilities
* Lifestyle Management: Managing a complex calendar, booking high-end travel, and securing reservations at exclusive venues.
* Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for Mandarin and English-speaking stakeholders.
* Household Liaison: Coordinating with domestic staff, contractors, and service providers.
* Administrative Support: Handling expenses, correspondence, and specialized research projects.
* Cultural Bridge: Providing translation and cultural context to ensure seamless interactions in both social and business settings.
Qualifications
* Bilingual Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
* London Expertise: You must have lived in London for at least 5 years. We are looking for someone with an "insider’s knowledge" of the city’s geography, services, and high-end lifestyle offerings.
