* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities include:
* Handling inbound calls and emails with care and professionalism
* Advising customers on appropriate products and services
* Logging queries and managing delivery tracking via Excel
* Supporting Spanish car dealerships with product navigation and issue resolution
Requirements:
* Fluent in SPANISH
* 1-year of customer care or sales admin experience in an office environment
* Based locally to Reading
* Good Excel
