* Staffing the factory - hiring and planning capacity requirements and shifts
* Directly supervise the factory on a day to day basis
* Responsible for daily output and adjusting capacity accordingly
* Ensure team culture is upheld
* Complete regular 1to1s with direct reports
* Responsible for factory KPI's
* Actively look for ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Team governance with direct reports
* Consumables ordering
* Delivering Training and development to direct reports
