Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with SEND Experience

Do you have experience supporting children or vulnerable adults? Have you worked in social care or have personal experience with SEND? If so, Protocol Education wants to hear from you!
We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a specialist school that caters to children with a range of SEND, including MLD, SLD, ASD, and PMLD.
What we’re looking for:
* A passion for supporting children with special needs
* A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning
* Ability to quickly build strong relationships with individual students
* Experience in SEND (desirable but not essential)
* Training in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Hoisting would be advantageous
* Must have the right to work (RTW) in the UK. We do not accept applications requiring sponsorship or a Skilled Worker visa.
Key Details:
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
* Position: Long-term
* No prior SEND experience required, but a willingness to learn and support is essential
