About the role
Boots Property is seeking a Regional Maintenance Coordinator to join the Store Maintenance team to support the delivery of facilities management / maintenance services across our diverse store estate across the UK.
This full-time role is based in our Nottingham support office, with some weekend work on a rota basis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about service delivery and has a keen eye for detail.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the job holder will be a member of the Store Maintenance team supporting the operational delivery, financial management and implementation of FM practices, processes and procedures. This role will provide support across a range of accountabilities & responsibilities that ensure the Store Maintenance team function effectively in delivering maintenance / facilities management and care for colleagues across all UK sites.
* Performance management - monitoring and driving supplier performance across a range of key metrics
* Data provision - support with insight driven reporting of contractual performance, statutory compliance and stakeholder feedback
* Issue resolution - working with a range of third party and internal stakeholders to achieve the timely resolution of complex maintenance issues
* System development - Support in driving adoption of a new CAFM System with both internal teams and external partners, driving quality interactions and identifying development opportunities
* Project management support - ensure meaningful updates of asset replacement projects in stores are accessible to store leadership colleagues
What you'll need to have
* Experience working within a fast-paced, service focused environment
* Experience of influencing stakeholders and third-party providers
* Flexible approach to changing priorities and goals within a dynamic and changing environment.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
