As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional tenancy support services to our branches, landlords, and tenants—making a real impact every single day.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:

Act as a point of contact, managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and colleagues.

Dealing promptly and courteously to communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.

Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention.

Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved.

Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Customer Service Specialist:

Outstanding Customer Service skills

Detail oriented, organised, and solid administration skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
