Key Responsibilities: - Administer building contracts and prepare legal tender documentation. - Conduct inspections of void and tenanted properties to agree on work specifications. - Deliver a customer-focused reactive maintenance service, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs. - Monitor and supervise contractors to achieve performance targets and high customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present progress and performance reports for contracts. - Handle customer complaints and take necessary actions to resolve issues. - Conduct stock condition surveys and assist in planning future maintenance programmes.
