Interim Project Manager – Housing Association\n📍 Location: Bournemouth, Hampshire\n💼 Contract: Interim Project Manager - 6 Months minimum\n💰 Rate: Extremely competitive day rate\n⏰ Start Date: ASAP\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an Interim Project Manager to join a Housing Association on an urgent basis to support the delivery of key major works programmes.\n\nYou’ll take ownership of multiple capital and planned investment projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\n\nThis role requires strong experience with JCT contracts, contractor management, and the end-to-end delivery of large-scale refurbishment or improvement projects within the housing or property sector.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage the full project lifecycle – from feasibility and procurement to delivery and handover.\n\n * \n\n Ideally experience with JCT contracts and ensure compliance with all contract terms.\n\n * \n\n Lead on contractor performance management, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved.\n\n * \n\n Oversee major works and capital programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.\n\n * \n\n Manage budgets, timescales, risk registers, and reporting processes.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate effectively with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\...
