Your Role
As an Apprentice Technical Advisor, your primary goal will be to learn and understand the HVAC industry, enabling you to support our customers, internal engineers, and sales teams with technical assistance. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Manage inbound calls from customers and engineers.
* Investigate customer issues and provide technical assistance on Viessmann products via phone and email.
* Identify and select parts for spare part inquiries.
* Handle technical inquiries related to design, performance, approval, production, and operation of Viessmann products.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, help sheets, reports, and records in our internal CRM system.
* Assist with any other duties to support Viessmann technical operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Maths, and ICT or Engineering.
* A full UK driving license.
* A keen learner who is inquisitive and eager to get involved.
* Good written English skills.
* An interest in Engineering and the HVAC industry.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
* Confident and articulate communication skills.

* Complete the Gas Engineering Operative course (level 3) at Shrewsbury College.
