Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a strong background in social housing to join their team covering the South East London patch
Package:
1. Salary £38,000
2. Van and fuel card
3. 23 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
4. £50 per call out (Uncapped when on call)
Duties:
5. Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied properties
6. Carrying out responsive repairs
7. Such as Internal and external door fitting, kitchen repairs/refits, bathroom fitting, plastering etc
Experience:
8. Must have social housing/council experience
9. Must have a full UK driving license
