* At the end of your shift, clean your trolley so it’s ready for the next operative. This includes putting any used mops and cloths in to be washed.
* Do not concern yourself with what any other operative is doing – it is not your place to comment on their work. If you have a genuine concern, request a meeting with your line management team to address it properly. No comments about colleagues are tolerated as it impacts the team dynamic.

* Carry a Dyster while on shift and complete Spillage Logs and Toilet Check sheets when stationed in those areas. Give all spillage log sheets to Customer Services at the end of your shift for logging.
* Look presentable on shift. Wear a clean, tidy uniform and safety shoes unless a doctor’s note states otherwise. Trousers should be secured with a belt if loose; t-shirts/jumpers should fully cover the stomach.
