Contracts Manager Opportunity: Design and Build Facilities.
We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager in Oxfordshire to deliver specialised design and build projects for controlled environments. This is a hands‑on operational role, working across client sites and offices.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience leading complex design and build projects.
* Proven project management skills.
* Experience with NEC and JCT contracts.
* Detailed understanding of HVAC systems.
* Commercial astuteness.
* Higher education/BEng in Construction, Project Management or an Engineering discipline.
* Full UK driving licence.
Core Responsibilities
* Lead the successful delivery of projects, managing risks, schedule and budget.
* Lead all commercial aspects from initial design fees to overall capital cost.
* Be the key client contact and develop long‑term relationships.
