What’s in it for you?
* Basic salary of £24,000-£28,000 depending on experience
* Commission of approx. £5,500 per annum
* Quarterly incentive bonus totalling £2,500 per annum

So what will you be doing?
* Supporting and guiding clients through the buying and selling process
* Managing your own portfolio of applicants and vendors
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales
* Delivering an exceptional standard of service to enhance our market reputation
* Working closely with your team to achieve shared targets and provide full coverage of the Cheltenham area
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication at all times
Helpful extras
* Full-time, permanent role based in Cheltenham
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
* One in three Saturdays: 8.45am - 4.00pm (with a day off in lieu)
