E3 Recruitment are supporting a Market Leading Product Manufacturer to recruit Production Operatives for a client in the Leighton Buzzard area. Our client have increased their manufacturing capacity, and due to this have brand new shift opportunities available.As a market leader in their field, they are looking for operatives who will be an asset to their team, be an effective and proactive team member and work towards company expectations and targets. In return, the company will offer industry leading training and progression within the company.What's in it for you as a Production Operative?£14.14 ph (£12.63ph plus 12% shift Allowance)OT Paid at a Premium (1.5x and 2x)Hours of work - Monday to Thursday Days and Nights40 hours - Days 6am-4pm and Nights 4pm-2am (weekly rotation)Location - Leighton BuzzardRequirements as a Production Operative;Work on an automated Production line to ensure the manufacture of products and meets established QA ExpectationsMonitoring machinery and reporting issuesMake manufacturing adjustments and working to 5s principlesQuality testing of certain batches, reporting any issues that may ariseRoles and responsibilities of a Production Operative;The production of high-quality products operating production machineryThe manual packing and movement of heavy productsCreating and maintaining the highest standards of 5S's housekeeping and environmental managementOperations of a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled teamFull UK Driving Licence needed due to location of siteE3 Recruitment are supporting a Market Leading Product Manufacturer to recruit Production Operatives for a client in the Leighton Buzzard area.
