Asda seeks a Team Leader to support a branded outlet (Greggs, Subway, or Burger King) within our food services team. You’ll lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service, be hands-on in daily operations, manage routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met. You’ll be involved in prepping food, managing queues, and solving problems to help the team succeed.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and support your team to do the same.
* Be hands-on in daily operations, ensuring smooth runs and customer-focused service.
* Support new starters and provide on-the-job coaching.
* Help manage daily routines, food preparation, and queuing to maintain efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards.
