Office Support Coordinator – Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced individual to support all areas of the business in a fast-growing company.
Key duties include:
* Handling customer enquiries regarding missing items
* Managing delayed deliveries, complaints, and resolutions
* Distributing customer orders to the Sales Admin Team
* Collaborating with Credit Control, Sales Reps, and Returns regarding customer enquiries
* Liaising with the Warehouse team about missing items
