40 hours per week | MondayFriday + occasional Saturdays

A well-established and reputable commercial vehicle dealership in the South-East is looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paintshop Operative to join their busy workshop team in Ashford.
The Role
Youll be responsible for carrying out all aspects of the paint process on commercial vehicles to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
* Mixing paints using paint mixing systems
* Spray painting commercial vehicles and components
* Finishing and polishing to a high-quality standard
* Working to job timings and deadlines
About You
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer (essential)
* Relevant paint/prep qualification
* Experience using paint mixing systems
* Background working in a paintshop environment
* Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Desirable
* Experience working on larger/commercial vehicles
* Experience with metallic paints
