About the Role
This is not a product-focused role—it’s about transforming how the business operates. You’ll:
* Own the technology strategy and operations, building a roadmap of high-impact, scalable improvements.
* Automate processes and champion an “automation-first” mindset.
* Build and scale the tech function from a small team.
* Lead cross-functional change, embedding new processes across teams.
* Prototype solutions, set system standards, and track business impact through efficiency gains and improved accuracy.

* Hands-on with systems, automation, and workflow improvements.
* Experience driving adoption of new processes across multiple teams.
* Curious about AI, automation, and emerging technologies; enjoys experimenting with tools.
* Can balance strategic vision with operational delivery, leading from the front while staying close to detail.
