As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Facilities Management Project Manager/ Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and maintaining strong working relationships.
* Site Surveys: Attend site or coordinate third-party visits to assess required works, identifying additional opportunities while on-site.
* Project Logging: Accurately log all site visits, project notes, and relevant updates into the management system.
