What You’ll Be Doing Managing access control for visitors to the Experience Centre and F1 site Logging contractors on and off site Recording all deliveries: time in / time out Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately (including call screening) Handling visitor/guest queries from staff Monitoring the CCTV system Issuing security passes and ensuring only authorised individuals enter the site Maintaining door access and gatehouse barrier records Logging staff entering without an access card, lost property and relevant information Controlling and recording the issue of keys Welcoming all visitors, contractors and delivery drivers and directing them to the correct destination Responding to emergencies (fire, flood, first‑aid situations) and notifying the correct teams Helping prevent theft and safety issues by being vigilant Working solo at times, mainly weekends and bank holidays Conducting regular site and building patrols What You’ll Bring to Williams Due to the nature of ad‑hoc shifts, applicants must be able to travel to the site reliably and quickly and want ad‑hoc, flexible shifts You care about delivering a high‑quality service You take pride in being a professional ambassador for the Williams brand You’re someone who upholds strong behaviour, safety awareness and presentation standards You’re motivated to work to high quality standards and improve continuously
