The Role:
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Customs Clerk to join our Bristol team. You'll play a key role in ensuring that all import and export documentation is processed accurately and in compliance with HMRC and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and checking customs documentation for imports and exports
Liaising with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining compliance with UK customs legislation and international trade regulations
Resolving queries quickly and effectively
Supporting the wider operations team when requiredWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customs or freight forwarding role (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Knowledge of customs procedures (C88, CDS, CHIEF) desirable
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesWhat's on Offer:
