Zip Water is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Team Leader to head our Scheduling team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling operations, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative and customer-first culture. You’ll work closely with other leaders across our Customer Experience and Field Operations Teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and continuous improvement.
