We are looking for a passionate Reception Supervisor to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park.

You will:
* Support the Spa Director in developing and training your team to achieve our service standards for the Spa Front Desk.
* Ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome as soon as they step through our doors.
* Champion guest relations best practice, encouraging and incentivising your team to build quality and genuine relationships with our guests.
* Be comfortable supervising a growing team, which includes up to three Spa Receptionists.
* Ensure all rotas are completed on a weekly basis, and are in line with our departmental budgets.
* Advance your knowledge, through ongoing professional development and our in-house training materials.
* Ensure you are up to date with all relevant Health & Safety legislation which affects your department.
* Be comfortable communicating with guests and teams through effective oral and written communication, including using relevant technology.
