About the role
17. 12 month temporary contract
18. This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered
19. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
20. The base location for this role is Greggs House, Newcastle upon Tyne, with flexibility for frequent travel to Kettering and potentially other Supply sites.
What you'll do
21. Play a vital role in the design & testing of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
22. Attend & contribute to workshops ensuring system design matches the departments needs
23. Develop and execute test scripts for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC modules & SAP IBP
24. Identify, document, and track defects using Azure Dev Ops test management solution
25. Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage captures Supply Chain Planning
26. Support with the integration of the new planning systems and interim process' within the department, ensuring availability is maintained throughout the transition
27. Support change management initiatives by promoting user adoption and confidence in SAP IBP
28. Ensure supporting documentation is produced and made accessible for the team to support with implementation
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
29. Have a strong understanding of SAP Planning modules
30. Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes
31. Experience of working in a programme environment
32. Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
33. Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
34. Have proven high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
35. Have advanced Excel skills to support with analysis and the ability to work with large data sets
36. Able to engage and work collaboratively with other teams to make improvements to processes and influence stakeholders at all levels
37. Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
38. A good communicator, able to operate at all levels clearly and concisely with the proven ability to communicate complex data terminology so it is understood by the data owner and the business
