The Role
Are client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Executive Assistant to join their team. This unique position supports the Personal Assistant in delivering seamless administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys multitasking, and has exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Personal Assistant
* Assist with diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
* Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems
* Support internal and external stakeholder communication
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in an EA, PA, or administrative support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* A proactive and flexible approach
