Overview
Our Sales Associates help create a festive and welcoming experience for customers during the Christmas season. This is a Temporary Christmas Sales Associate role, Part Time, with commission, incentives and staff discount.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with jewellery, watches or other gift options and arrange gift-wrap as needed.
* Answer questions, demonstrate products and use sales skills to help the team meet targets.
* Reflect our brand, culture and customers; present a fashion-conscious, business-casual appearance in line with the store’s dress code.
* Provide a positive customer experience and contribute to a sparkling festive atmosphere.
Your background
You will have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences. While jewellery experience is not required, an interest in jewellery products and brands is desirable. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers are essential.

Salary, hours and development
We offer a competitive salary and benefits, including sales incentives and a staff discount. The nature of our business may require additional hours during peak trading periods, Bank Holidays and weekends.
