Position Overview:
* Job Type: Full-Time
* Duration: 2025-2026 School Year (with high potential for renewal)
* Caseload: K-12 (specific assignments to be discussed during interviews)
* Work Environment: Collaborative and supportive school setting with access to necessary resources
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
* Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff
* Implement evidence-based interventions to improve student behavior and learning outcomes
* Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in behavior management strategies
* Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
* Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure students receive appropriate support services
Qualifications:
* Masters degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
* Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Massachusetts
* Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior modification techniques
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
