West Yorkshire Police, the lead Force for the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Scientific Support Services, is looking to recruit a Regional Forensic Courier based at the Regional Scientific Support at Calder Park, Wakefield. We currently have one full-time post available, working 37 hours per week. The working days will be Monday to Friday.
The role provides a comprehensive and professional courier service to the four Forces of the Yorkshire and Humber region; delivering casework exhibits and other items as required, within specified timescales, while maintaining appropriate continuity records.
Please note that it may not always be possible to carry out adequate vetting checks on persons who have not been resident within the UK for the last five years. Therefore, applicants may be refused if they cannot be vetted to the appropriate standard.

Shift Allowance: No Shift Allowance
Applicants should have a good standard of literacy and numeracy, previous experience of maintaining the integrity of continuity records, driving, and a basic working knowledge of computer packages such as Microsoft Office.
The salary range is £24,222.00 - £25,626.00.
