Our legal client is seeking to appoint a professional and highly organised Personal Assistant to support their property team based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive PA, administrative, and secretarial support to fee earners within the Property & Infrastructure Division, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of day-to-day operations. What you’ll do Prepare accurate correspondence, documents, and presentations using Word, Excel, Foxit PDF, PowerPoint, and Big Hand dictation Create and edit large documents and liaise with the Document Production team as required Manage client and matter processes, including liaising with Finance and AML teams, conflict checks, and engagement letters Coordinate diaries, meetings, and coordination such as rooms, catering, and IT support Oversee partner and fee earner inboxes, ensuring organisation, prioritisation, and timely responses Support team meetings, record actions, and ensure follow-up Assist with billing and invoicing, including client fee portals and purchase order management Maintain efficient filing systems, scanning, and document management (QZebra/iManage) Handle client communication professionally, redirecting queries where appropriate Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and expense claims Update client databases (e.g. InterAction) and maintain accurate records Provide general administrative support, including training coordination and event organisation Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Facilities, Marketing, and IT Support the wider PA team across divisions and offices when required What You’ll Need Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Desirable p revious experience within the legal sector What You’ll Receive Competitive salary package Comprehensive training and development opportunities What’s Next?
