Overview
We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and confident Senior Executive Assistant to support three senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks and serves as a trusted partner to the executives, ensuring maximum productivity, enabling strategic priorities, and managing critical communications and relationships with poise and professionalism.

Responsibilities
* Executive Support & Calendar Management
o Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritising meetings and anticipating needs in advance.
o Coordinate all internal and external meetings, board sessions, investor briefings, and off-site engagements.
o Prepare detailed daily briefings, agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups.
* Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
o Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
o Draft high-quality communications, presentations, and correspondence.
o Ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up on all incoming issues and queries.
* Strategic & Operational Support
o Track key deliverables, deadlines, and priorities; ensure alignment with quarterly goals and strategic initiatives.
o Partner closely with chiefs of staff, departmental heads, and support functions.
o Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
o Manage expenses comprehensively.
* Travel & Logistics
o Organise complex international and domestic travel itineraries, including visas, accommodations, and briefing packs.
o Anticipate issues and prepare contingency plans for smooth travel experiences.
* Project & Event Coordination
o Support special projects, leadership offsites, and executive town halls from conception to delivery.
o Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and executive time leverage.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Must-Have Attributes
o Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders in high-performance environments.
o Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
o Gravitas and confidence to engage with board members, investors, and senior stakeholders.
o Highly proactive, anticipatory, and able to stay two steps ahead at all times.
o Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Calm under pressure and skilled at navigating ambiguity.
* Technical Proficiency
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and modern collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.).
o Comfortable with digital scheduling, expense tools, CRM/ERP systems, and productivity dashboards.
* Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
o Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a senior EA or Chief of Staff support role.
