Electrical Installations Lecturer
Location: Rotherham
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Temporary until 26/06/2026

What you’ll be doing
• Deliver engaging lessons across Levels 1–3
• Teach and assess on study programmes, adult courses, and apprenticeships
• Lead practical and classroom-based sessions
• Create effective learning resources
• Track learner progress and set clear SMART targets
• Work collaboratively with teaching teams and support staff
• Ensure high-quality teaching and assessment standards
What our client is looking for
• Level 3 or higher qualification in Electrical Installations
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
• GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Level 2 (or willingness to gain)
• Motivated, supportive, team-focused approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
