What You’ll Do
* Deliver engaging PROACT‑SCIPr‑UK® courses and associated training that meet the highest standards, including Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) guidelines.
* Design and deliver training that inspires confidence and competence in others.
* Provide expert advice, guidance and additional training to instructors and organisations.
* Work at our training venue in Basingstoke, with occasional travel (and overnight stays) across the UK to share knowledge and best practice.
* Maintain your own professional development and certifications, ensuring you stay at the forefront of legislation and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
* A professional or vocational qualification in Health & Social Care (e.g., Social Work Diploma, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or relevant degree).
* Ideally, a teaching qualification (e.g., Education and Training Level 3).
* Hands‑on experience in positive behaviour support, behaviour analysis and effective communication strategies.
* Strong organisational skills, creativity in training delivery and excellent communication abilities.

Salary & Hours
Full time (typically 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday). Salary range: £29,601.00 – £36,679.00 (depending on experience and qualifications).
