Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Contract:12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Longbridge (Hybrid working on completion of training, full time Monday–Friday)
Salary: Up to £27,000
An established and fast-growing organisation is seeking a Inventory Coordinator to join its Inventory team on an 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or an experienced operations professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and data-driven environment.
The Role:
The Inventory Coordinator will maintain accurate inventory records within the organisation’s ERP system and support day-to-day inventory and warehouse administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate inventory records within the ERP system
* Supporting day-to-day inventory and warehouse management activities
* Producing and developing inventory and management reports using Excel
* Analysing large volumes of data to identify trends, discrepancies, and risks
* Supporting stock reconciliations and investigations
* Working closely with internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues
* Ensuring systems and processes are followed and continuously improved
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines
About the Candidate:
* Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
* Experience using ERP or similar business systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive problem solver able to work to tight deadlines
* Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
Experience & Background:
* A graduate in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline with relevant placement experience
* Or previous experience within an operations, inventory, or supply chain role
* Good understanding of business systems, processes, and data accuracy
