We’re looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Glasgow.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, funeral directors, and internal teams—providing outstanding service via phone and email.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer and partner enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
* Updating funeral plan details and processing changes
* Supporting the finance team with admin tasks and document preparation
