The Role
* Lead proactive client engagement via outbound calls before, during, and after adviser meetings.
* Handle incoming client enquiries and ensure excellent outcomes.
* Support adviser review scheduling and CRM management (Salesforce).
* Liaise with providers to obtain plan and scheme information.
* Assist in delivering client engagement campaigns and events.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service, ideally with outbound telephony focus.
* Strong initiative, proactive mindset, and self-starter attitude.
* Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Clear communication skills for client and internal liaison.
