Role: Logistics Administrator (Training Provided) Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5.30PM Salary: £26,000-£27,000 Full, clean driving licence is required About the Role An established logistics and transport organisation is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their onsite team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the local management team, you will play a key role in managing import/export processes, documentation, and liaising with transport partners and customers. Main Duties & Responsibilities Log and scan Proof of Delivery (POD) documents Support import/export operations, including bookings, data entry, and customs paperwork Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely collections and deliveries Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Prepare accurate shipping and logistics documentation Maintain internal systems and track movement of goods Flag any issues or delays to management Minimum Requirements Logistics/haulage experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Good IT skills Team player with a proactive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Full clean driving licence Applicants must be based in Northern Ireland and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom, full-time, without restriction.
