Responsibilities
* Overseeing commercial aspects of construction projects
* Working with leading UK Power, Energy and Telecom clients
* Developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies
* Leading contract negotiations to maximise profitability while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle
* Overseeing financial performance, procurement, and tender preparation
* Providing leadership to the commercial team to optimise costs and achieve favourable business outcomes
The Candidate
* Background as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) who has progressed into a senior management position
* Experience in utilities or energy sectors; experience with BESS is highly desirable
