We have a current opportunity for a Benefits expert to join our client on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Northampton and starting as soon as possible for at least 12 months.
As a Subject Matter Expert in the benefits provision, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer requests, queries, and escalations are resolved effectively and in line with agreed service levels. You will be expected to build excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders as well as documenting and maintaining all processes, while continuously monitoring and improving the benefits proposition, allowing our client to stay ahead of the curve. You will be required to support operational change and transformation initiatives which is a critical part of this journey.
