Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and P&L reports; make data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and profitability. About you A proven track record in hospitality operations or property/venue management with multi-site oversight being preferred Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and operational KPIs across multiple sites. Natural mentor and leader - able to guide GMs and develop talent in a supportive and structured way. High emotional intelligence with a strategic mindset. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and scaling operations while maintaining quality and culture.
