Previous registration as a nurse, midwife, social worker, or similar (current registration not essential). Confident in training delivery, with excellent communication and facilitation skills. Empathy, professionalism, and a collaborative approach. This role would suit someone who has spent a career protecting and empowering vulnerable people and now wants to support others to do the same.
