Role Description: As a Bar Manager, you will be accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the Beverage function. You will strive to maximise every opportunity to improve park and business performance whilst leading, training, supporting and motivating staff members to deliver outstanding customer service to owners, holidaymakers and guests. You will initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the restaurant.
