Our client is a leading dealership and they’re currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Wembley area.

Basic Salary From £37,440 + Bonus
45 Hour Week Monday To Friday

Proven experience in an automotive main dealer environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Technical competence (NVQ, ATA, HFC or similar)
Full, valid driving license with fewer than 9 penalty pointsResponsibilities:
Assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel management and service department operations
Organising and optimising available resources to deliver exceptional customer service
Leading by example to motivate and develop your team
Ensuring the dealership’s aftersales operations are efficient and profitable
Building long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
Demonstrating technical product knowledge and effective communication
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction
Supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills, and expertise to enhance business performanceThe salary for this position is £37,440 basic with a potential OTE of £45,000.
