Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to join our team ideally based in the West Sussex area. You will be responsible for providing breakdown support as well as preventative maintenance for a large range of plant and construction machinery. * Based in the West Sussex area
* Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
* £42,000 - £48,000

Job Description:
* Work with the service controller to provide breakdown response
* Respond to customer service requests, diagnose issues, and provide appropriate solutions
* Maintain, and repair mobile equipment and systems for customers
* Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on mobile devices to ensure functionality
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and program using the latest diagnostic equipment
* Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance performed
Person Specification:
* MUST be happy with traveling in West Sussex
* Previous experience as a heavy plant mobile service engineer or similar role
* Educated to NVQ level 3 or similar
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* FULL Valid UK driving licence.
